Now on site and approaching completion, the South Wairarapa Home is a high-performance retreat designed for comfort, longevity and ease of living. Set within the historic grounds of an established Greytown property, this carefully composed residence balances contemporary Passive House performance with a quiet respect for its landscape setting.

Arranged as a series of connected pavilions and sheltered decks, the home opens to the sun while creating protected outdoor living spaces for every season. We look forward to sharing more of this warm, sustainable sanctuary as construction nears completion.

The brise soleil protects the interior from overheating during summer, while letting sun in allowing the concrete slab to absorb and slowly release heat during the cooler winter months.

Windows are carefully sized and positioned to prevent overheating, while solar panels provide the majority of energy generation for the home.
