L-evated is complete.

Nicknamed L-evated, this house navigates a wedge-shaped, sloping site while responding to strong winds and close neighbors with varied sightlines. Thoughtfully designed, it balances privacy and openness, creating sheltered spaces that embrace both outlook and abundant natural light. Entertaining was also a key consideration, with generous indoor and outdoor areas designed for gathering and connection.

Throughout the design process, entertaining was a key consideration for the owners. Therefore, standing in the completed house, surrounded by the team that brought our vision to life, created a beautiful full-circle moment.
