Our Whare Our Fale: Stage One Complete

Central Pacific Collective (CPC) had a dream to reimagine the Pacific village in Aotearoa. Stage one is complete, and we are grateful to be part of the team delivering 18 affordable, intergenerational homes. The project aims to transform life outcomes of the Pasefika community through design that is by Pacific, for Pacific.

The common fale sits at the heart, surrounded by the fale malae (garden). The malae is used for planting and communal gardening spaces, to encourage food security and intergenerational knowledge sharing.
