Tītoki House is located on a working vineyard in the Wairarapa. A building of dualities—open and cosy, timber and brick—the dwelling blends warmth and durability. Its design embraces the surrounding landscape, with large openings that invite natural light while offering shelter from the elements. Thoughtfully crafted, it balances contemporary comfort with a strong connection to its rural setting.
