We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the Tuki Townhouses, the second completed project delivered in partnership with Te Āhuru Mōwai.

These ten new homes represent another milestone in a long-term programme that will deliver more than 50 high-quality community homes across Wellington, Porirua and the Kāpiti Coast.

As Aotearoa’s largest Māori-owned and operated community housing provider, Te Āhuru Mōwai is transforming an inherited portfolio of more than 900 homes, replacing ageing housing with warm, healthy homes that better support whānau and strengthen communities.

We’re incredibly proud to play a small part in that journey and grateful for the trust Te Āhuru Mōwai continues to place in our team.
