However, beyond this close collaboration with First Light, Pro Clima has established itself as a reputable provider of high-performance building products, offering exceptional customer support and possessing a profound understanding of building science.

Now, with the new Pro Clima Wellington headquarters, the time has come to uphold these expectations and create a truly high-performance work environment.
The design of the new facility promotes collaboration, providing ample opportunities for Pro Clima staff to engage with the industry through shared working spaces. The open-plan layout encourages teamwork, complemented by two private meeting rooms or quiet spaces, as well as a timber-clad, triple-glazed boardroom. Positioned between the entry and quieter work areas, the community space is designed to facilitate interaction and flexibility, capable of accommodating groups of various sizes, from two individuals to as many as 50.
The use of natural materials, reminiscent of residential aesthetics and scale, creates an atmosphere that feels like an extension of home. This attention to detail contributes to a welcoming and comfortable work environment that aligns with Pro Clima's commitment to better building practices.
